I am offer a coffee and when needed a clean, nearly new M-B loaner. Aundre is quick to follow up if additional tasks are required. In my almost 30 years of owning Mercedes this dealership is dedicated to perfection in the service process, their detail department is the best I have ever encountered. I have purchased several Mercedes-Benz, but have never had a better experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the porter who washed my car. I was shopping around online, and received an actual phone call immediately after my request. At the time of my appointment, the car I requested was clean and ready to drive. The salesperson was very attentive, and knew all the equipment that I desired. When it came down to the numbers, it was slightly more than the competition, but it was worth it for the tremendous experience and service I received. The General Manager even came to thank me for my business. I will only buy my Mercedes from Felix Sabates' Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte from now on...and you should too!!!





Buying my first Mercedes (a 2010 E-Class 350) at Felix Sabates' Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte was a truly great experience. The location and facilities are first class. John Weisenberger, my sales representative, was extremely patient and very knowledgeable in helping me select the best model and options for my needs. Joe Velez, the finance manager, made purchasing the new car very efficient. Friendly Fred Reese, the delivery manager, really helped me learn all the fantastic features of the E-Class. The new 2010 Mercedes is brilliantly engineered and meticulously constructed; it really does take a delivery specialist like Fred to prepare the new owner to drive the vehicle.


 
                                             
When I was approaching the end of the lease on my E350, I talked with my sales partner, Torrey Tennant, about wanting to take a step over to the C-Class. After listening to what I was looking for in my next car, we set an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, Torrey had 2 cars waiting for me with the exact features I had requested. Two opportunities have confirmed the success of our switch to Felix Sabates' Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. When my husband decided to purchase a new Mercedes-Benz, I remembered a friend, Nance Smithwick, had gone to work there and suggested he ask for her when he was looking.
