Please consider this letter my sincere thanks for making the purchase of my brand new 2009 Mercedes-Benz E 350S4 a truly enjoyable and exciting experience. From the time my husband and I walked into your dealership as you opened the locked doors to show us around on Saturday, June 6, every staff member we have been introduced to has exceeded our expectation. After you advise that a pre-owned car was not available and provided me with the information for a new car you had located, Darrell K. picked up the ball and made it happen...he even made it happen two weeks early! Because the interest rate was so favorable, I had the opportunity to work with Ken H., who is the most professional financial controller I have ever met. He brings new meaning to the words "Customer Service". He handled my credit approval in less than 24 hours and I never had to visit the dealership.
Moving forward, Fred R. is the most patient, qualified trainer on the planet. Trust me; he had his hands full with this hyperactive female! I previously owned a Mercedes- Benz E 320S4 purchased from a competitive dealership and never had anyone take the time and sincerely care that I knew how to open my car doors, let alone activate my Bluetooth before training session was over. What a delightful gentlemen. Last, but not least, Darrell wrapped the whole package, activated my security system and has called twice to be sure I arrived home safely. My only regret is with my track record and low mileage I will not get to enjoy this experience for another ten years. You can rest assured all my family and friend will know about the exemplary service I received from Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte. When I saw Mr. Sabates on Monday while picking up my car I did not recognize him soon enough to personally thank him for opening a Mercedes-Benz dealership in South Charlotte.
